Skills for Care, part of the Sector Skills Council, is the employer-led authority on the training standards and development needs of over 1.6 million adult social care staff in England. Since 2006, Design Junkie has designed, created and supported a number of national marketing campaigns that address the recruitment and retention of adult social care workers.
The latest apprenticeship campaign, launched in February 2011, features numerous case studies, brochures, posters and social media activity promoting best practice apprenticeship programmes in the industry and targets potential apprentices and social care organisations.
