  1. This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland aged 18 years and over.
  2. There are two elements to this promotion, as detailed below:
  3. Great Days Out: There is no purchase necessary for Great Days Out offers. Vouchers will be limited to one per person, per offer.
  4. Leisure Offers: In order to use the Leisure Offers featured on www.conti-offers.co.uk or www.conti-offers.ie you must purchase one or more Continental car, truck, bus, coach or construction tyres between 1st August and 30th October 2009 inclusive. To download a voucher, you must enter the invoice number issued to you by your tyre dealer or retailer when you are prompted on www.conti-offers.co.uk or www.conti-offers.ie. Only one voucher may be downloaded per offer, per invoice number. If you make further separate purchases of Continental tyres from 1st August to 30th October 2009 you will be entitled to download one more voucher per offer for each invoice.
  5. Offers are valid until 1st August to 31st December 2009.
  6. All offers are subject to individual terms and conditions of each third party partner, and details of these and all participating third party offers can be found at www.conti-offers.co.uk or www.conti-offers.ie.
  7. All offers are subject to availability.
  8. Age restrictions may apply; see individual third parties’ terms and conditions for details.
  9. Some participating third party partners will have variable opening times, admission prices and may be closed at certain times of the year. Please ensure you check with the venue to avoid disappointment.
  10. No reimbursement for lost or stolen vouchers will be made by the promoter.
  11. The offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount offer/voucher, promotion, events or concessional rates e.g. coach parties.
  12. No cash alternative is available. Exchange or sale of a third party partner vouchers for profit is prohibited.
  13. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the promoter accepts no responsibility for loss or injury as a result of promotional participation. It also cannot be held responsible if any participating third party breaches its contract by refusing to accept valid vouchers, but it will make every effort to secure compliance.
  14. The third parties reserve the right to refuse admission and to close and/or alter all or any part of the facilities for technical or other reasons.
  15. Participating third parties reserve the right to refuse any vouchers that they believe to be photocopied, forged or defaced, or not legitimately acquired in accordance with the terms of this offer.
  16. All information listed on www.conti-offers.co.uk or www.conti-offers.ie is subject to change throughout the promotional period and is correct at the time of going live.
  17. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or replace any individual attraction/activity/experience or offer without prior notification.
